Spring Boot Lead

We are seeking a Spring Boot Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot, coupled with leadership experience. You will play a pivotal role in designing frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms, and implementing design patterns to develop scalable, high-performance applications. This is a full-time onsite role that requires a proactive and solution-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and team collaboration. Roles and Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. Development and Design: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot. Create robust frameworks for scalable and efficient software solutions. Implement and ensure adherence to best practices, including design patterns and coding standards. Cloud Integration: Work with cloud platforms to design, deploy, and manage applications. Ensure cloud solutions are optimized for performance and security. Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and deployment. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements. Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation. Identify opportunities to improve application performance and scalability. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for frameworks, applications, and processes. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
