About the role
Role & responsibilities: Execution and supervision of electrical works for real estate projects. Handling approvals and liaison with utility authorities such as Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) and local authorities. Installation and commissioning of transformers, panels, DG sets, street lighting, and earthing systems. Review of drawings, load calculations, and technical specifications. Ensuring compliance with statutory norms, NBC, IE rules, and fire safety requirements. Coordination for testing, energization, and project handover. Experience in MSEDCL applications, meter installation processes, service connection approvals, and liaison activities. Preferred candidate profile: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of experience. Experience in liaison with MSEDCL for new electrical connections, load enhancement/reduction, temporary/permanent power supply, and project electrification approvals.
