R&D unit in KTI is responsible for developing digital services at KONE. It's the development engine for our Digital Services such as KONE 24/7 Connected Services, Office Flow and Partnership Ecosystem. KONE moves 2 billion people every day and that means our services can really make cities better places to live Why this role We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Specialist who will play a key role in strengthening our quality engineering practices. In this role, you will design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, support CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks, collaborate closely with developers on defect resolution, drive regression analysis to ensure reliable and high-quality project delivery, and maintain and upgrade test environments in line with release content. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with modern test tools and contribute directly to product quality and continuous improvement. What will you be doing Plan, design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure effective test coverage and quality validationMaintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, Python libraries, and test automation frameworks to support reliable and scalable test executionWork closely with developers on test development, defect identification, troubleshooting, and resolution activitiesPrepare regression analysis reports and contribute to timely, high-quality project delivery through continuous quality monitoringOwn regression testing and maintain and upgrade test environments in alignment with release content and project needs Required Skills: Good knowledge in Robot Framework, Jenkins, Git, Groovy.Strong Knowledge in Python & Beckhoff systemsElicit Customer requirements to test plan and test case designKnowledge of agile methodologies, Defect life cycle, STLCMaintain 5S & Safety work culture in Laboratory. Preferred Skills: Data Analytics, AI & ML expertise adds valueElevator & Escalator knowledge is added advantage to this profile.Knowledge of KONE Products and Processes.
