Digitalizing KONE s marketing sales and customer interactions will be one of the key areas in KONE s new Sustainable success with customers strategy In the future the best experience can be created by working together with customers and partners in every step of the process from early engagement to upgrading equipment Commercial Operations Solutions unit within KONE IT is designing developing maintaining and supporting solutions across KONE s digital and digitally enabled customer journey - marketing sales field service and project delivery and customer service Especially for marketing and sales our purpose is to enable superior customer experience and high-rising sales by transforming how KONE interacts with customers We are now looking for a Senior Product Owner Tendering and Ordering New Building Solutions Are you passionate about shaping and leading the future of digital experiences for KONE Sales personnel Are you driven by innovation and a desire to create products that delight users If so we have an exciting opportunity for you KTOC Kone Tendering and Ordering Configurator is at the core of the Tendering and Ordering process enabling Sales Personnel globally to create tenders to the customers and trigger the order configurations of won orders to ERP Senior Product Owner is a high impact position with a great view to lead and see the value creation across business lines New Building Solutions Major Projects Modernization but also into Supply Chain Front lines R D and IT processes with multiple integrations and dependencies In this role you will create the product vision concepts and specifications which form the future of the Tendering and Ordering process flow You will lead the end-to-end prioritization of product backlog delivery of value performance and the user experience of KTOC which includes both perspectives of the solution the product modeling and the application development You will do all this in close collaboration with global business development and offering Areas R D and contributing IT teams to deliver the best-in-class digital experience In this role you get to Create the end-to-end product roadmap and vision for NBS KTOC This includes the holistic perspective how the application is developed but also how products and offering are configured in the application Facilitate and lead the vision creation for the entire CPQ configure-price-quote ecosystem act as the influencer thought-leader and driver for the ecosystem within KTI KONE Technology and Innovation between IT and R D and across business lines Lead the governance of the CPQ ecosystem and quarterly prioritization process with the stakeholders Realize maximum value from product investments through the product life cycle by defining the product roadmap prioritizing the backlog and planning the execution of development Clarify stakeholder requirements and translate them into backlog items Own the solution design of digital services used by KONE Sales Personnel while understanding the big picture and dependencies on integrated solutions Set up product performance KPIs and targets including for operations and benefit realization Responsible for tracking the KPIs and communicating with stakeholders Lead agile ways of working and quarterly planning bringing clarity of the prioritized product backlog to stakeholders and development teams Ensure that product operations and performance are aligned with the product value proposition and corrective actions are taken when needed Manage financials during the product lifecycle including development costs license costs and run costs Lead and promote continuous improvement of IT products and ways of working within the teams Use feedback loops to understand stakeholder and user needs and use that knowledge while planning and executing the product roadmap Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage in KONE delivery operations Skills experience we re looking for Minimum of 12 years of experience in working with product development incl IT processes system development and cloud-based technologies Proven track record as Senior Product Owner Product Owner Product Designer or similar role ideally with digital product development Proven experience in change management and leading matrix organizations or Teams of Teams and managing a wide network of stakeholders Experience with CPQ configure price quote solutions is an advantage A highly motivated team player with a service-oriented mindset enjoy consulting and co-creating impactful solutions Committed to delivering exceptional digital experiences and fostering continuous improvement with drive and respectful ways of working Hands-on experience in applying design thinking techniques combined with Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban XP and DevOps practices Proven experience working in an international environment with the ability to excel in virtual organizations Ability to both work independently as .
