Trainee - PLM & Alfresco AMS

Konecranes is hiring for the role of Trainee - PLM & Alfresco AMS! Responsibilities of the candidate Application Monitoring: Continuously monitor applications and react to alerts to ensure smooth operation. Service Requests and Incident Handling: Receive and resolve tickets through ServiceNow and Tracker, addressing service requests and incidents efficiently. Adhoc Requests: Handle any adhoc requests from other applications for monitoring or support in various environments. Work Log Updates: Update work logs and document tasks performed in the trackers for each incident. KPI Fulfillment: Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA, TAT, Ageing, and Quality Audits, based on management’s expectations and guidance. Customer Feedback and Management Input: Align and realign actions based on customer feedback and inputs from management. ISO Standards Awareness: Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, IT, or a related field. Technical Background: A strong technical background with professional experience is desirable. Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English. Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of Teamcenter and CAD applications. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and fluency in English.
