About the role
Role Overview: You will lead the information security & IT operations and Enterprise Applications teams, overseeing the development, implementation, and management of security strategies, policies, and procedures. Additionally, you will ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and support Enterprise Applications like SAP Hanna, Microsoft products, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the organization's long-term IT vision and digital strategy. - Lead IT planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GDPR, SOC2). - Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications (SAP Hanna, CRM, HRMS, etc.). - Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, cloud-native, cybersecurity tools). - Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies, policies, and procedures. - Oversee the management of security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, and antivirus software. - Lead the incident response team in identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents. - Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk analysis. - Manage IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, and data centers. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure security best practices are integrated into all business processes. - Provide leadership and guidance to the information security and IT operations teams. - Set KPIs and manage team performance. - Foster a culture of innovation and accountability. - Optimize costs through consolidation, cloud migration, automation, and vendor negotiations. - Track financial performance and ROI of IT initiatives. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in information security and IT operations management. - Experience of defining IT Strategy and preparing budgets for the IT Organization. - Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies. - Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and antivirus software. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus. - Overall 15-20 years of professional experience in ITSM and IT Infra Operations. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
