Support Pre-sales operations like demo, Roadshow and Site inspection. Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Konica Minolta Production printers along with related software and HW. Maintaining required site kit to reduce downtime of machine. Providing Key Operator Training to users. Taking care of service deliverables to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Ensuring maximum output in the most economical way and making sure the installation is completed within the committed time frame. Service revenue growth via volume growth initiative and inventory management. Should be ready to work in a 24x7 environment as per business needs. Should be ready to travel extensively to support customers. Location - Hyderabad
