Business Analyst - Post Sales

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst - Post Sales to support the successful execution of web and mobile application projects after client on-boarding. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring clear scope definition and smooth delivery of solutions aligned with business goals. Requirements and Duties: Engage with clients post-sales to understand business processes, objectives, and expectations Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements Prepare and maintain Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) Create detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria Develop wireframes, workflows, and process diagrams in collaboration with UI/UX teams Translate client requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications Act as a bridge between clients and development, QA, and design teams Conduct requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions Manage requirement changes and assess impact on scope, timelines, and delivery Support UAT planning, coordination, and client sign-off Ensure delivered solutions align with documented requirements Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation Build strong client relationships and support long-term engagements Skill and Ability: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a post-sales or delivery environment Strong understanding of web and mobile application development Hands-on experience preparing SRS, user stories, wireframes, and functional documents Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and changing priorities Understanding of SDLC and requirement management best practices Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams Client-focused mindset with strong relationship management abilities Konsatnt Infosolutions Pvt Ltd Information Technology Service Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
