Power BI Developer (EST hours) Duration : 6+ months Offshore (offshore is ideal due to budget concerns) – 100% remote, Required: Expert level Power BI - 5+ yrs. min BAU support/Production Support MS Azure Synapse International market scaling (multinational company) MS Fabric migration experience a HUGE PLUS Oracle ERP a plus Azure data factory a plus Required Technical Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, with strong emphasis on practical implementation, solution development, and troubleshooting. Advanced knowledge of Power BI semantic models, data modeling, report development, and performance optimization. Strong proficiency in DAX programming and advanced SQL querying. Experience with Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics, including data integration, analytics, and reporting solutions. Understanding of data warehouse and data lake architectures, including data modeling concepts and enterprise analytics environments. Preferred Technical Skills Experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, and Kinexus. Knowledge of integrating Oracle platforms with analytics environments, including data pipelines, orchestration, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric Data Factory. Familiarity with Medallion Architecture concepts for modern data warehousing (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
