About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Engineer to join our team at KP Group, with a strong background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and systems. Conduct thorough analysis of complex problems and provide innovative solutions. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians. Participate in the development of technical documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field. Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
