Android Framework

Education :

o Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification

Experience :

o Solid expertise in AOSP, AAOS, Android framework and services

o Solid expertise in AIDL Interfaces Design and Implementation

o Good experience in working in Android Framework Components

o Good Knowledge in Android system architecture.

o Good knowledge in Hardware abstraction layers in Android and/or Linux.

o Programming using Java/Kotlin, Linux.

o Good understanding of the git, CI/CD workflow

o Experience in agile based projects.

Personal skills:

o Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues

o Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills

o Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

o Personal initiative, commitment, perseverance and resilience

Job Responsibilities

o Design and Development of headless services for communication component

o Design and Development of AIDL interfaces between UI and headless application .

o Design and Development of Android framework components and hal services tailored to run on automotive platform.

o Performance measurement and optimization of components to meet automotive KPI’s

o Co-working with User concept to bring the product based design concept.

o Working with multi location team and product owners to bring the customer centric android app integration in Car multimedia

o Quick learning of both Embedded Android and Linux technologies to perform the full stack Android development.
