iDART_Engineering Manager

Role Overview

· Responsible for delivering a stable, scalable, high ‑ quality platform.

· Ensures predictable releases, strong engineering discipline, and high reliability.

· Leads the engineering team while collaborating with Product and Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

· Own delivery of core platform releases aligned with the roadmap.

· Ensure sprint execution discipline and predictable release planning.

· Drive strong testing, CI/CD, and engineering quality standards.

· Ensure compliance with non ‑ functional requirements.

· Collaborate with project teams while protecting platform boundaries.

· Mentor engineers and build a culture of engineering excellence.

Technical Expertise

· Strong backend experience including Python and modern service architectures.

· Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

· Experience with distributed systems and microservices.

· Database knowledge across relational and NoSQL systems.

· DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

· Working familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
