Workday HCM- Recruitment - Assistant Manager

Responsible for client deliverables (functional) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation. Provide domain expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas Must-Have Certifications Workday Recruiting Core certification is required. Experience & Background BE/ B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university. Candidate should have 7-9 years of experience in IT. Professional Experience of at least 3 years in implementing or supporting Workday. Has completed at least 2 end to end Workday implementation as a Recruiting Core Module consultant Required Skills/Experience: Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader. Understands and ensure security and data privacy standards. Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level. Strong communication skill for interactions with clients and other stakeholders. Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Recruiting for global rollouts . Highly self-motivated and detail oriented, strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience/Certification on EM / PM, Talent and Learning is an added advantage. Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation. Process knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems would be advantageous. Candidate should have an experience in leading the design sessions or workshops to bring in the best practices and suggesting work arounds for non-compliance requirements. .
