Assistant Manager - .NET Full Stack Engineer

As an Assistant Manager at KPMG, you will be an individual contributor within the Engineering service line, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications using Azure cloud services. Your role will involve creating Enterprise UI, APIs, and containerizing applications following microservice architecture principles. Key Responsibilities: - Developing scalable backend services in C#, ASP.NET Core - Building responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using Angular or React - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define software specifications - Implementing and ensuring software quality through testing, best practices, and code review - Optimizing and refactoring existing codebases for enhanced performance and maintainability - Exploring and evaluating Generative AI techniques for potential integration into software systems - Staying updated with emerging trends in Java development, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices - Mentoring junior developers and contributing to team learning sessions Qualifications Required: - Strong Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, RESTful Web APIs - Experience in building responsive and interactive UI solutions using Angular or React - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Understanding of microservices architecture and API gateways - Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases - Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution - Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach Additional Details: - Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices is preferred - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools is a plus - Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform is beneficial If you have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 6+ years of professional experience in .NET Full Stack Development, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, you are encouraged to apply for this Mid Level position.
