Cloud and DevOps Consultant

As a Cloud/DevOps Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, integrating, and enhancing Agile and DevOps enablement tools and applications by utilizing DevOps principles. You will also follow SDLC processes and practices, including Functional Specifications and Testing, Design Specifications, Code Reviews, Unit Testing, and Monitoring. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing, managing, and fine-tuning monitoring and alerting systems to ensure robust system performance and swift incident response - Utilizing Python and Groovy for scripting and automation tasks related to tools administration and integrations - Working closely with security teams to ensure tool compliance with organizational security policies - Reducing Toil, increasing automation, evaluating new technologies such as Open AI, and exploring their applicability to address new requirements - Administering Bitbucket, Jenkins, and GitHub to automate build and deployment processes - Managing and configuring jFrog, Artifactory, and NexusIQ for effective package repository maintenance - Administering SonarQube for continuous code quality assessments - Configuring, building, and deploying applications into on-premise/cloud using DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions - Administering, managing, and configuring Jira and Confluence to foster team collaboration and productivity Additionally, you should have expertise in Terraform, AWS, Azure DevOps, AWS, GCP services, Proficiency in Artifactory, NexusIQ, SonarQube, Jenkins, Docker, Bitbucket, GitHub, Python, Groovy, Jira, Confluence, Remedy, ServiceNow. A Bachelor of Engineering and Senior Level experience level are required for this role. If you have experience in managing cloud platforms using Terraform, Ansible, and Packers, strong understanding of Azure DevOps practices/tools, scripting knowledge in Python, and experience in handling complex IT infrastructure solution design & implementation, this position is ideal for you. Strong communication, problem-solving, logical thinking, and teamwork skills are also essential for success in this role.
