Manager - .NET Developer (Full Stack / Backend)

Manager-GTS SF - Build Roles & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to design, develop, and support enterprisegrade applications using Microsoft technologies. The role involves working on fullstack or backend components, integrating systems, ensuring application stability, and contributing to modernization initiatives. Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET / .NET Core technology stack Build scalable, reusable, and high-performance components across front-end and back-end layers Ensure application stability, performance, and responsiveness Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions Back-End Development: Develop and enhance ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core applications ensuring performance and reliability Build and consume RESTful APIs and web services to support business functionality Implement business logic and server-side operations Experience in cloud-based technologies like Azure Front-End Development: Develop interactive web interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, and Kendo UI Implement modern UI/UX practices ensuring cross-browser compatibility Implement modern front-end development practices and frameworks Database Management: Design and manage databases using SQL Server and Oracle Write optimized queries, stored procedures, and ensure data integrity Work with Entity Framework for ORM-based data access Collaboration & Quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and stakeholders and global teams Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning Follow best practices in coding, security, and version control Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives AI & Modern Technologies Apply basic AI/ML concepts or integrations into applications (e.g., intelligent automation, analytics) Explore and implement modern tools to enhance application capabilities This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Work experience 8+ Years of relevant Experience Experience Level Mid Level .
