.NET Developer Consultant

Role Overview: You are an experienced .NET Developer with 6-8 years of experience, responsible for working on large-scale projects for global clients. Your role involves delivering cutting-edge solutions using modern engineering practices and tools in a dynamic environment that values innovation, agility, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver technology-enabled solutions to solve complex client business challenges using best-in-class engineering methodologies. - Act as a role model and mentor within the team, promoting agile principles and engineering excellence. - Collaborate with product managers to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. - Take end-to-end technical ownership of the solutions developed. - Provide guidance and support to team members and external contractors throughout the development lifecycle. Qualification Required: - Strong expertise in C# and .NET development; full-stack development experience is a strong plus. - Proven track record in building distributed systems and secure, scalable products. - Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and code review best practices. - Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and best practices. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Azure DevOps).
