Role Overview: You will be a Senior Data Analytics Consultant responsible for defining and driving data strategies to optimize business outcomes through innovative analytics and predictive modeling. Your role will require deep analytical expertise, advanced technological adeptness, and exceptional collaborative capabilities. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, and familiarity with data modeling, cloud data solutions, and data quality management practices are essential. Your leadership and stakeholder management skills will be pivotal in translating data insights into actionable business strategies across the organization. As the ideal candidate, you will possess refined problem-solving skills, advanced technical capabilities, and a track record of strategic impact in data analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead data analytics initiatives using advanced data visualization and statistical techniques to uncover insights and streamline growth opportunities. - Architect and ensure precision in data design, metrics, and analytics distributed to interdisciplinary stakeholders. - Maintain and customize dashboards and workflows using Power BI and Alteryx. - Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, and other teams to understand processes, challenges, and customer needs effectively. - Define and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and stakeholder engagement. - Lead projects, influence teams, and mentor junior analysts effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (BE/BTECH) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. - Highly preferable: Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or any relevant certification(s) such as CAP, DASCA, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or equivalent.
