Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director – Security Solutions Architect to lead client engagements, pre‑sales, RFP responses, and security solution design . This is a market‑facing role focused on driving growth through strong technical credibility, stakeholder engagement, and sales pipeline management across cyber security services and platforms.

Strong experience in security architecture and consulting across enterprise environments. Hands‑on knowledge of: SOC, SIEM, SOAR, Detection Engineering EDR, Network Security, Cloud Security, IAM

Ability to map solutions to business risks, compliance, and threat landscapes . Experience working with security platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, AWS/Azure security , etc. Strong understanding of managed security services and MSSP models . Proven experience in client‑facing, pre‑sales, and proposal leadership roles . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology (Master’s preferred) Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, Cloud Security certs a plus

Act as a trusted security advisor to clients during pre‑sales and solutioning stages. Lead end‑to‑end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses , including solution architecture, pricing inputs, and value propositions. Design end‑to‑end security solutions across SOC, SIEM, SOAR, Detection Engineering, IR, Cloud, EDR, Network Security, and GRC. Partner with sales teams to build, qualify, and manage the security services pipeline . Lead client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions at CXO and senior stakeholder levels. Develop reusable solution frameworks, reference architectures, and proposals . Evaluate security technologies and align offerings to market and client needs. Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure sell‑to‑deliver alignment . Support deal closures through PoCs, estimations, and risk/value articulation. Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong stakeholder and executive relationship management Ability to influence sales strategy and drive revenue growth Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
