About the role
The Cloud Transformation practice helps organizations define, design, and deliver enterprise-wide cloud & technology strategies that enable growth, resilience, operational efficiency, and measurable business value. The practice works with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CAIOs, business leaders, and transformation sponsors to shape integrated strategies across cloud, technology, data, AI, applications, digital platforms and IT operating models The role is positioned at the intersection of business strategy and technology transformation. It requires the ability to translate enterprise priorities into actionable technology choices, investment roadmaps, governance models, and transformation programs that are commercially viable, operationally executable, and future-ready. Responsibilities Support technology strategy engagements across Cloud & IT strategy, data and AI strategy, application strategy, operating model design, and IT cost management. Conduct cloud readiness assessments & perform 6R analysis to recommend best-suited migration strategy for the client Counduct technology, cloud and AI maturity assessments and provide reccomendations on improving maturity Advise on Cloud FinOps, TCO, cost optimization, consumption governance, vendor strategy, and commercial models. Define enterprise data and AI strategies linked to business outcomes, and priorities Identify, structure, and prioritize high-value traditional AI, generative AI, agentic AI and automation use cases using feasibility, value, risk, data availability, and execution complexity criteria Design technology, cloud or AI roadmaps, implementation strategies, transformation plan and high-level architecture for the clients Craft technology, cloud AI & cloud adoption business cases to demonstrate value driven by these modernizations Align cloud strategy with data and AI priorities, including scalable data platforms, AI compute needs, model deployment environments, security, and cost governance. Assess enterprise application portfolios using business value, technical health, cost, risk, user experience, and modernization potential. Perform TIME analysis and provide recommendations to the client Design future-ready technology, cloud and AI operating models aligned to business strategy and enterprise transformation goals. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in technology strategy consulting, digital transformation, data and AI strategy, cloud advisory, or enterprise IT transformation. Advanced MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills are a must Knowledge of technology, cloud & AI operating models including ways of working and governance models Relevant certifications across cloud, data, AI, enterprise architecture, or Agile are desirable MBA with outstanding academic credentials is an advantage. B.Tech mandatory
