Civil Draughtsman

As an Architectural Drafter, your role involves preparing detailed architectural, interior, and working drawings. This includes developing plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts. You will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and designers to ensure smooth workflow. Your key responsibilities will also include revising drawings based on project requirements and client feedback, as well as ensuring that drawings comply with project specifications and standards. Additionally, you will maintain drawing records and project documentation, and assist in quantity estimation and material detailing when required. Qualifications required for this role include a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, along with knowledge of construction drawings and detailing. A positive understanding of interior execution and site coordination, along with solid attention to detail and time management skills, are essential for this position. Preferred skills for this role include knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software, experience in residential and commercial interior projects, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
