Lead Developer (Full Stack/Backend)

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our two products, both based on Laravel (PHP). One product utilizes a MongoDB + Angular JS stack for the e-Learning platform, while the other uses a MySQL + HTML stack for the scheduling and video conferencing platform. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining features in Kraftshala's applications, web services, and products. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to specify, build, test, and deploy new features. Additionally, you will work on improving testing processes, streamlining product releases, and ensuring product quality. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain features in Kraftshala's applications, web services, and products - Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to spec, build, test, and deploy new features - Enhance testing procedures, streamline product releases, and uphold product quality Qualifications Required: - Experience in building applications and services on the web platform with PHP (Laravel), MongoDB, MySQL, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Strong product and design sensibilities with meticulous attention to detail - Effective communication skills, proactive attitude, and empathy - Proficiency in working across the stack, including prototyping, development, testing, and deployment - Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks - Familiarity with iterative development practices and code reviews - In-depth understanding of software development principles Additional Company Details: We build products and services that cater to students through online education programs, providing industry insights and one-to-one mentorship.
