Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Data Engineering Mandatory: DBT (Data Build Tool) Looker (LookML development & dashboards) Python scripting Fivetran Expertise in databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, MySQL, BigQuery Strong knowledge of SQL , data mapping, data transformations & data loading Experience with visualization tools ( Looker , Power BI ) Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements Strong communication skills in US English (reading, writing & speaking) Positive, empathetic & professional attitude toward clients and team members Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be based in Gujarat (preferred cities: Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Surat) Eagerness to collaborate with clients and developers to drive overall client satisfaction Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements and design, build & maintain scalable data pipelines Develop and enhance DBT models , tests, documentation & data lineage Integrate data sources using Fivetran , automate workflows & ensure smooth ingestion Monitor, validate and improve data accuracy, data quality & transformation logic Build and maintain Looker dashboards, Explores, Views & LookML models Maintain existing reports and create new analytical dashboards (Looker/Power BI) Communicate effectively with clients regarding issues, clarifications & enhancements Follow modern data engineering best practices and maintain clean, modular code Troubleshoot data issues across ingestion, transformation and reporting layers #DataEngineer #DBT #Looker #LookML #Fivetran #Python #SQL #BigQuery #Postgres #MongoDB #PowerBI #LookerDeveloper #DataPipelines #ModernDataStack #ETL #AnalyticsEngineering #GujaratJobs #AhmedabadJobs #SuratJobs #DataEngineeringJobs
