• Overall 6+ years of IT experience • 2+ years relevant email experience, preferable in e-commerce space • Experience in campaign deployment in Marketo • Efficient skills with design tools (Adobe Suite) • Strong proficiency in HTML (ability to hand-code an email) including HTML coords Attribute and CSS/CSS3 • Javascript experience is an advantage • Hands on experience in performance optimization, A/B and multivariate testing • BA/BS or higher degree in communications, marketing, business or related field
