Electronics Assembly & Soldering Technician

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly & Soldering Technician to support product development, prototyping, testing, and low-volume manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PCB assembly, SMD soldering, rework, troubleshooting, and electronics manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic PCBs and systems Perform SMD and through-hole soldering Rework and repair defective assemblies Build wiring harnesses and cable assemblies Perform visual inspection and quality checks Conduct basic electrical testing Assist hardware engineers during prototyping Maintain assembly records and documentation Ensure ESD and manufacturing best practices Required Skills Excellent hand soldering skills SMD assembly experience Fine-pitch component handling PCB rework experience Ability to use multimeters Ability to identify electronic components Reading assembly drawings and BOMs Preferred candidate profile EMS / Electronics Manufacturing Services Industrial electronics Automotive electronics Medical electronics IoT products
