Role Description The Co-Founder & CTO role at Kriyantrix AI is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The person in this role will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting scalable AI and automation platforms, overseeing product development cycles, and ensuring robust, secure, and reliable technology infrastructure. The Co-Founder & CTO will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on solution design, manage technical partnerships, and guide the engineering team in best practices and innovation. This role also involves engaging with clients to understand their operational challenges, translating business needs into technical requirements, and representing the technology function in strategic decisions and investor discussions. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes, design AI-driven solutions, and interpret data for decision-making. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and engage with clients and investors. Advanced research skills to stay current with AI, automation, and analytics trends, and to evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Extensive experience leading technology teams, preferably in startups or high-growth environments, with a track record of shipping AI or data-driven products. Deep understanding of AI/ML, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and software architecture, with hands-on experience in at least one of these areas. Ability to operate as a co-founder, including ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to participate in strategic planning and fundraising. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. .
