Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and quality assurance procedures.Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.Review engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans before production.Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.Coordinate inspections with customers and third-party inspection agencies.Investigate product defects, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Monitor process capability and recommend improvements to reduce defects and improve productivity.Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of measuring instruments and inspection gauges.Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits by customers and certification bodies.Train production personnel on quality standards, inspection methods, and quality awareness.Prepare quality reports for management.Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards, customer specifications, and statutory requirements.Participate in new product development and process validation activities.Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering.25 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in a manufacturing industry.Experience with inspection instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Dial Indicators, and CMM (preferred).Compensation: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insuranceLeave encashmentProvident FundWork Location: In person .
