Job Title: Claude AI Automation Engineer Experience: 3+ Years Location: Bangalore / Coimbatore (Onsite/Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a talented Claude AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI automation solutions using Claude AI and up-to-date LLM technologies. You will develop AI assistants, intelligent workflows, and business process automations while integrating AI with enterprise applications and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows using Claude AI. - Build AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, and enterprise automation solutions. - Develop scalable RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding frameworks. - Create advanced prompts, system instructions, and AI workflows. - Integrate AI applications with REST APIs, databases, CRMs, and enterprise systems. - Build AI orchestration using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. - Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Troubleshoot AI workflows and continuously improve performance and reliability. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions. Required Skills - 3+ years of experience in AI Automation or LLM application development. - Strong experience with Claude AI, Anthropic APIs, and Prompt Engineering. - Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js. - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Milvus). - Knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make). - Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
