About the Role: Kukami is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can turn ordinary ideas into exceptional digital experiences. If you understand users, love clean visual design, and can defend good typography choices (yes, Comic Sans is a crime), this role is for you! Roles & Responsibilities Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications. Translate business requirements into engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Work in Figma to craft high-fidelity screens, design systems, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless, pixel-perfect implementation. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly. Contribute to branding, graphic design, and video editing tasks when needed. Ensure consistency across all products through thoughtful design patterns and guidelines. Deliver user-centered solutions that are both delightful for users and practical for developers. Requirements 24 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer. Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes, design systems). Experience in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to balance creativity with usability and practicality. Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions clearly. A portfolio showcasing your best UI/UX work (mandatory). Nice to Have Experience collaborating with agile development teams. Knowledge of motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animation. Familiarity with usability testing tools.
