Backend Engineer

As a Software Development Engineer (SDE) with 03 years of experience, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Python and Django. You will be responsible for building scalable, reliable, and high-performance APIs, writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and technical discussions, debug and troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system design discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django - Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance APIs - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Optimize applications for performance and scalability - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Contribute to system design discussions Qualifications Required: - 03 years of backend development experience - Strong proficiency in Python - Working knowledge of Django / Django REST Framework - Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms - Good problem-solving and analytical skills - Understanding of REST APIs and backend fundamentals - Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) - Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows Good to Have: - Experience working on video-related tasks (streaming, encoding, processing) - Familiarity with Celery, Redis, or message queues - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Understanding of caching systems - Experience with Docker Please note that the company is looking for a passionate and driven individual who is strong in Python and Django, possesses solid problem-solving skills, and has a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms.
