Intern, AS Mechanical

Kulicke and Soffa is looking for a Mechanical intern to assist in the development of robotic semiconductor equipment. While at Kulicke and Soffa you will: • Under direction, use broad knowledge of technology or basic engineering and its application to assist engineering groups in the development solutions of products, and support services. • Develop solutions to problems that require some analytical computation or design. • Assist in the task of assembling, testing and evaluating feasibility models and engineering prototypes. • Design parts using CAD, and prepare material for presentations. • Gather technical data, and documents, organize and prepare it for evaluation. • Analyze and report results from data that can be readily obtained. • Interface with the fabricators, vendors, purchasing, and designers on technical matters. • Other duties as assigned Contract Duration (In Months): 4
