We are currently looking for a: Head of Manufacturing & Operations Your responsibilities: Establish the complete manufacturing organization from scratch. Recruit, develop and lead high-performing operational teams. Support factory setup, equipment installation and commissioning. Develop manufacturing processes, workflows and operating standards. Implement operational KPIs, reporting structures and management systems. Successfully lead the production ramp-up into stable serial production. Optimize productivity, capacity utilization and operational efficiency. Your qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience. At least 5 years in a senior manufacturing leadership role. Proven experience in greenfield manufacturing projects, factory setup or industrialization. Strong leadership experience across multidisciplinary operational functions. Experience within an international manufacturing environment. Industry experience in machinery, automation, industrial equipment, semiconductor equipment or special purpose machinery is highly desirable. Passionate about developing people Hands-on and Results-oriented A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
