The Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Python and Django fundamentals and working knowledge of React.js. You will build backend services, REST APIs, and frontend interfaces across multiple client products from AI-powered applications and SaaS platforms to enterprise automation systems. You will work inside a delivery pod, collaborating closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers through sprint-based development cycles. Ownership is expected from day one. We do not hand-hold; we do support growth. What You Will Do Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications across the complete development lifecycle. Build secure, scalable REST APIs using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework. Develop responsive frontend interfaces in React.js, consuming APIs and managing application state cleanly. Design and optimise relational and NoSQL databases. Write efficient queries. Maintain data integrity. Deploy and manage backend applications on AWS using ECS, EC2, Lambda, and RDS. Work with Docker and containerised deployment workflows. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Debug production issues and resolve them with speed and ownership. What We Are Looking For 1.5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. Strong, hands-on Python and Django skills this is non-negotiable. Solid understanding of Django REST Framework and RESTful API design. Working knowledge of React.js and component-based frontend development. Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL. MongoDB is a plus. Familiarity with Git, Docker, and basic CI/CD workflows. Strong debugging instincts and clear communication. Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving environment. Good to Have Experience integrating AI or LLM APIs into production applications. Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or asynchronous task queues. WebSockets or Django Channels experience. AWS hands-on experience beyond the basics IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda. Prior work on SaaS or enterprise-scale applications.
