Key Responsibilities: - Build automation and AI components using Python, AI/LLM tools, and Microsoft Power Platform under senior engineers' guidance. - Participate in discovery sessions, take notes, ask questions, and translate requirements into technical tasks. - Write clean code and technical documentation, test thoroughly, fix bugs, and support integration with enterprise systems. - Maintain and improve existing automation and AI components, communicate progress, blockers, and risks proactively. - Learn about working in regulated life sciences environments, apply best practices, and stay updated with new tech trends. - Train and share knowledge with the team on emerging technologies. Qualification Required: - 0 to 2 years of professional experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. - Hands-on experience in Python scripting, AI/LLM tooling, or Microsoft Power Platform. - Exposure to major cloud platforms, programming fundamentals, and version control with Git. - Strong written and spoken English, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to take feedback seriously. - Reliable, accountable, and proactive with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Additional Details: At KVALITO, you will work directly with leadership and senior consultants in a flat hierarchy, contributing to real projects for global clients. The role offers mentorship, structured growth, and the flexibility to choose from three possible paths: full-time role, trainee program, or internship-to-hire. Remote work from anywhere in India is possible, providing a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to grow in automation and AI within the life sciences sector.
