Required Technical and Professional Expertise Engineer with 9+ years of experience in CICS systems programming. Basic Knowledge on the following technologies: z/OS, Unix System Services, SMP/E, REXX, Java, VSAM, Third party products Experience in CICS transaction server, related ISV products. As a Subject matter expert provide direct technical support as needed in the planning, coordination, installation, and implementation and testing of releases, upgrades, or changes to CICS and related ISV products. Capable of Upgrading/Installing and Migrating CICS Transaction servers. Diagnose CICS system and related product issues and follow up with root cause analysis. Capable of Upgrading /Installing and supporting IBM ISV related Products Proficient in technologies like P2V, V2V and P2P migrations Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience Banking or financial services industry experience Knowledge of Assembler, COBOL, CICS, and DB2 The ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills Participate in on-call rotation with the engineering teams.
