The Role Key Responsibilities: Functional Responsibilities: Analyse business requirements and translate them intofunctional designsandtechnical solutions. Configure D365 F&O modules includingFinance, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger (GL). Work closely with business users to providefunctional expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices. Leadgap analysissessions and document business processes, functional designs, and system enhancements. Assist in systemtesting, UAT, and trainingof end users. Technical Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploycustomizations and enhancementsin D365 F&O usingX++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps. Develop and modifySSRS reports, queries, and data entities to meet business needs. Performdata migration, data mapping, and data validationusingData Management Framework (DMF). Work onintegrationswith third-party applications usingOData, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions. Debugtechnical issues, analyse logs, and optimizeperformanceof custom functionalities. Collaborate withMicrosoft Supportfor issue resolution, updates, and hotfix implementation. Ensure security compliance by configuringrole-based security, workflows, and approval processes. Who You Are Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experienceworking as aD365 F&O Techno functional Consultant. Strong knowledge ofFinance, Supply Chain, and Procurement modulesin D365 F&O. Hands-on experience inX++ development, extensions, event handlers, and workflows. Proficiency inSSRS reporting, SQL Server, and Power BIfor analytics and dashboards. Experience withAzure DevOpsfor version control, build/release pipelines, and work tracking. Expertise inData Migration Framework (DMF)anddual-write integrationwith Dataverse. Good understanding ofD365 security roles and policies. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, developers, and Microsoft Support. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associateor similar certification. Experience working withPower Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Knowledge ofD365 Commerce, HR, or Project Operationsis a plus. Experience inLCS (Lifecycle Services)for environment management and monitoring.
