Technical Requirements (The "Hard" Skills) - S/4HANA Architecture: Must have hands-on experience with the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and understand the unification of FI and CO. - General Ledger (GL): Expertise in New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers (Leading vs. Non-leading for IFRS/Local GAAP), and Period-end Closing Cockpit. - Asset Accounting (FI-AA): Mastery of New Asset Accounting in S/4HANA, including technical clearing accounts and multi-valuation ledger integration. - Treasury & Cash Management: Configuration of Bank Account Management (BAM) , Cash Flow Analyzer, and Bank Communication Management (BCM). - Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Deep knowledge of Business Partner (BP) conversion (CVI), Automatic Payment Programs (F110), and Dunning. - Controlling (CO): Expertise in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and specifically S/4HANA Margin Analysis (formerly Account-based CO-PA). - Fiori & Reporting: Proficiency in using and configuring Fiori analytical apps and understanding CDS Views for real-time financial reporting. 2. Functional Process Requirements - Record-to-Report (R2R): Ability to design the end-to-end financial closing process. - Process Transformation: Ability to guide the business from "as-is" legacy processes to "to-be" S/4HANA Best Practices. - Treasury Workflows: Setting up approval workflows for bank account openings and payments. - Integration: Solid understanding of touchpoints with SD (Sales), MM (Procurement), and PP (Production) to ensure accurate postings to the GL.
