About the role
As a Manufacturing Engineer at L&T Technology Services, your role will involve collaborating with design teams to ensure the manufacturability of products. You will be responsible for identifying and planning manufacturing requirements for new product development. Additionally, you will define the end-to-end process flow, including processes, resources, risks, capacity, and bottlenecks. Implementing efficient manufacturing techniques such as CNC machining, casting, forging, injection molding, and additive manufacturing will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will drive process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvements, while ensuring compliance with Product Realization and Engineering Change Management procedures. Leading continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability of products - Identify and plan manufacturing requirements for new product development - Define end-to-end process flow (processes, resources, risks, capacity, bottlenecks) - Implement efficient manufacturing techniques (CNC machining, casting, forging, injection molding, additive manufacturing) - Drive process optimization, cost reduction & quality improvements - Ensure compliance with Product Realization & Engineering Change Management procedures - Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives Qualifications Required: - Machining process experience - Knowledge of New Product Development - Experience with FAI and PPAP - Proficiency in Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, and Engineering Change Management - Strong understanding of drawings, blueprints, and quality specs - Expertise in Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving Tools Experience: - CATIA / Creo / NX Experience: - 6-9 Years If you are a quick learner and have 6-9 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our growing team at L&T Technology Services.
