Experienced Software Testing and Quality Assurance Engineers (4 Positions) Primary Job Function, Accountability and Scope You are primarely responsibble for quality testing of software to ensure that the programs or utilities are performing properly based on the design and customer expectations. Experience 2 to 5 years prior experience in Software testing space, Software support roles, or worked in the QC QA Labs, or Trained functional and automation Testing professionals Education Qualification Master s Degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, MBA and other relevant disciplines Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai India, Full time, 30%+ Travel Domestic and International Compensationand other Benefits Highly competetive and industry benchmarking compensation and performance based incentives. Required Skills and Experience Involved in performing automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. Analysis of software, and systems, mitigate risk and prevent software issues Responsible for assessing the quality of specifications and technical design documents in order to ensure timely, relevant and meaningful feedback Be able to write, review and execute the Functional, Technical, Performance, Integration, Installation and Operational test cases. Understand the complete Lab Automation, Workflows, Compliance, User requirements, Functional specifications in various industries including but not limited to Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Biotech, OG, Manufacturing, FB etc. Willing to work collaboratively with Internal stake holders- Business Analyst, Porject Managers, Engineers, QA and Customer stake holders to help identify the risk, resolve the qulaity issues, timely and quality delivery
