About Collection department: The Collection department focuses on the collection of the bank’s various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. While Underwriting department focuses on risk mitigation towards the loan offered to the customers. The department is key for the Loans business vertical as it is responsible for controlling and ensuring timely EMI collection and maintaining risk of the business. About the Role: The Fraud Control Unit (RCU) Central Team is responsible to provide the required support to the regional teams. They are majorly responsible for Onboarding, Verification and Strategy. Key Responsibilities Responsible for RCU Process Digitization & Platform Building thus integrating systems and improving accessibility to information Ensure verifications of Consumer Lending Gold Portfolio and Mystery Shopping to maintain sanity and adhere to guidelines Ensure timely verifications for Commodity Business is done by inspecting warehouses linked and funded by the Bank Responsible for effective implementation of operational risk management framework Ensure Post Sanction / Disbursal Documents & Asset Verifications as per the norms and guidelines Establish and strengthen relationships and people Management skills to improve performance as the role involves dealing with various stakeholders. Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Knowledge and understanding of Collection and Market Dynamics Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms along with operational and system knowledge Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language Ability to manage complex client situations Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines #ComeAsYouAre 'We are dil se open.
