About the role
Role & responsibilities Project Support: Support Workday implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects. Module Configuration: Assist in configuring Workday HCM and Integration modules based on client requirements. Technical Sourcing: Prepare detailed documentation and functional/technical specifications. Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants, technical teams, and clients for support activities. Testing & Sourcing: Participate actively in end-to-end testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities. Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance Workday knowledge, upscale technical skills, and analyze business requirements to provide suitable solutions. Preferred candidate profile Training (Mandatory): Candidates must have successfully completed Workday training (Workday HCM, Workday Finance or Workday Integrations) from a recognized institute. Experience Level: Freshers / Entry-level candidates with a solid grasp of core Workday concepts. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. Technical Understanding: For HCM Track: Knowledge of Org Structures, Staffing Models, Business Processes, Security, and Worker Lifecycle. For Integrations Track: Familiarity with EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, XML/XSLT, or basic Workday Studio. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Availability: Immediate joiners located in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad are highly preferred.
