On-Site Support & Integration (50%) – Manage ticketing systems and resolve integration issues efficiently. – Document processes for consistent on-site support. – Ensure smooth tool integration with existing systems. – Provide technical support to enhance client satisfaction. ⚙️ 2. THE BAR — WHAT YOU MUST PROVE Strong QA Engineering Background: Worked on multiple QA projects demonstrating technical depth. Hands-On with Automation Frameworks: Implemented test cases using Selenium and WebdriverIO. Proficient in Scripting Languages: Developed scripts in JavaScript for test automation.
