Hiring: Oracle FLEXCUBE Production Support (L0/L1) Location: Offshore India Bangalore Duration: 6 Months We are looking for experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Production Support professionals to join a banking project supporting Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking and its integrated ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Provide L0/L1 production support for Oracle FLEXCUBE.Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.Execute EOD/BOD sanity checks and recurring operational activities.Support audit, compliance, and ITIL processes.Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, shift handovers, and troubleshooting documentation.Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.Required Skills: 15+ years of IT experience.Strong Oracle FLEXCUBE production support experience.Good understanding of Retail, Corporate, Islamic, and Trade Banking modules.Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and Unix/Linux.Knowledge of log analysis, file handling, and middleware (WebLogic, MQ, OHS).Experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Experience supporting banking audit and compliance activities.
