Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of professionals responsible for application support and change management in the banking sector. - Oversee Business Analysts involved in Core Banking Implementation to ensure quality and timely delivery. - Achieve agreed SLAs and provide technical expertise in assessing issues and system enhancements. - Review technical requirements and provide recommendations for solution architecture. - Analyze the impact of technical requirement changes on existing systems. - Manage integration and design documentation to meet project requirements. - Assist the development team in understanding banking concepts and verifying issue resolutions. - Guide the development team in issue resolution activities and build strong relationships. - Implement customized FLEXCUBE solutions at Bank sites and support testing and training sessions. - Ensure smooth production cut over and verify transfer documentation. - Monitor applications for adequate system resources and provide technical guidance to IT staff.
