Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Recent 5+ years of people management and team leadership experience. - Recent 2+ years of project management experience. - Strong experience with Java development and enterprise application environments. - Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, and integration technologies. - Experience using development tools such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, or Visual Studio. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
