Senior Civil Engineer - Finishing

Key Responsibilities Supervise all finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceilings, glazing, and faade works. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and contractors for smooth project execution. Monitor progress, quality, and finishing schedules to meet project timelines. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and rectify defects before handover. Manage finishing contractors, labour, and material usage efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards. Maintain daily site reports and coordinate for snag-free project handover. Experience: 5–6 years in civil construction with strong experience in finishing works (high-rise project experience preferred). Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
