Technical Lead, Firmware Development

Design, develop, and review firmware for electricity meters products. Understand project deliverables and drive technical content for each delivery. Participate in estimation and validation of the size and duration of deliverables. Provide technical guidance to engineers for effective technical implementation as per architectural solutions. Proactively share improvement suggestions and participate in technical discussions and critical problem-solving. Define work content for deliverables, own actions and results, and exhibit high quality and best practices. Share new ideas for improving coding, best practices, build and manage the Work-Product repository, and promote/reimplement reuse of robust and reliable design blocks towards standardization. Implement uniform and consistent technical solutions across product lines and suggest standardizing and harmonizing the tool chain to ensure effective resource use. Own the living document "Design Guidelines" and continuously monitor its compliance. Be a strong individual contributor as a developer. Job Requirements Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly driven, positive attitude, team player, self-learning, self-motivating, and flexible. Strong customer focus and creativity/innovation flair. Relevant tertiary qualification: B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech. Exposure to Electric Metering is an added advantage.
