About the role
Role Overview: You will be part of Landmark Digital, the dynamic digital arm of Landmark Retail, playing a crucial role in the omnichannel business strategy. Headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with a robust technology hub in Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be to build and scale digital products, platforms, and experiences that drive our retail businesses across various markets. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on production support experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), focusing on core flows such as Item, PO, Transfers, Replenishment, and Stock Ledger. - Working knowledge of Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA), including sales import, totaling, auditing, and exports to downstream systems. - Familiarity with Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM) for regular, clearance, and promotion pricing, as well as price events. - Investigate and resolve messages in error/hospital queues (RIB error hospital) following approved SOPs. - Analyze JMS topics/subscribers and AQ-based messaging, restart RIB adapters, and validate message sequencing. - Review RIB logs and integration payloads to identify data/mapping issues and coordinate for L3 persistent failures resolution. - Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle Database for troubleshooting, data analysis, and SOP-based data fixes. - Experience in supporting and recovering batch cycles and interfaces, including RIB/integration layers and file-based interfaces. - Utilize AI/GenAI assistants to expedite log analysis, error triage, and documentation summarization within support workflows. - Apply AI-assisted tools to draft and enhance knowledge articles, SOPs, and RCA documents adhering to secure-use and human-in-the-loop review guidelines. - Solid understanding of incidents, problems, and change management processes (ITIL) and SLA-driven support. - Perform analysis of application and batch logs, conduct root-cause analysis, and draft RCA documentation. - Willingness and capability to work in rotational shifts, on-call duties, including off-hours, weekends, and holidays. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure during major incidents. Qualification Required: - Hands-on production support experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). - Working knowledge of Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) and Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM). - Strong PL/SQL and Oracle Database skills. - Experience in incidents, problems, and change management processes (ITIL). - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
