What youll doDevelop and execute strategic brand design solutions that align with the clients corporate vision and business objectives.Ensure creative work consistently meets highquality standards, aligns with brand guidelines, and resonates well with the target audiences.Present ideas and design concepts effectively to both internal and external teams, building trust and credibility through thoughtful storytelling.Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.What youll needBrand design experience, ideally in a corporate, agency, or consultancy environment.Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into design solutions.Experience crafting user interfaces with a strong visual identity, ensuring consistency across digital touch points.Understanding of user experience principles with a brandingfirst approach to design and interaction.We believe the best work happens when were together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
