About The Role We are looking for a Software Engineering Intern to help build the core systems powering Landseek. This role is about systems thinking, engineering ownership, and building scalable & reliable systems. You will be working at the intersection of Software Engineering, Data Engineering & Geo-Infomatics. What You'll Do Build: Ship features and services inside the platform that connects marketplaces, land registries, document fetching services, and appraisal engines. Data Integrations: Help bridge external data sources (GIS, government datasets, market APIs) with Landseek AI systems. Turn Ambiguity into Software: Start from half-baked ideas or complex land-law discussions, ship working solutions quickly and iterate in production. End-to-End Ownership: Own a feature's full lifecycle: design → build → ship → improve. You'll be expected to make judgment calls without constant guidance. We build fast and rely heavily on coding agents and automation — curiosity and systems understanding matter more than syntax mastery. We are extremely data-driven, iterative and are comfortable changing direction if a simpler solution delivers more value to the stakeholder. Collaborative: High-EQ and excited to discuss tradeoffs and ideas with a small, focused team.
